Super exciting news!!!! i have the brilliant opportunity of styling monthly fashion shoots for Flamingo Pink! it's a brilliant Online magazine dedicated to the young, carefree girls and they're rewarding me with some great styling experience!

Commando Babe

Hey guys! heres another awesome post from a photo shoot i co-styled recently! (you can see the other one HERE) i Called this look Commando Babe because Tash looks smokin' in this super fun and edgy get up! i feel this look really encompasses grunge street style, with the block word beanie, rib print tank (one of mine!) and the awesome camo vest. the sequin shorts ad some cute texture to the whole ensemble. we then styled it with some desert boots and spiked bracelets to tie in with the gold of the shorts.

i also really love the location of this shoot! i suggested it as i'm a sucker for cool graffiti (and i just happened to work nearby) i love how the blue and green tie in with the look.

AMERICAT!

A few weeks ago i had the lovely opportunity to co-style a street style photo shoot with one of my school BFF's Samira!

it was super fun (especially since we got to borrow clothes from some awesome PR agencies and style them with My label and my wardrobe!)

Here's the first look! Accidentally named AMERICAT! Since i made Tasha (our model) make cat faces in our cat ear beanie!

My favourite part about this look is how fun and casual it is. The America leggings are very much a statement piece so they don't require much to make it a powerful outfit. we added the boots and denim vest to keep it cool and rock chic and the cat beanie to make it cute and girly. this is one of my favourites from the day! It's very much a 'Me' outfit!

so we spent the day shopping and bought my dad a lego X-wing for his birthday! we're a huge nerdy family :) tonight we're going to the midnight premiere of Ironman!!!! so excited! ironman is my favourite super hero! and i've heard great reviews! since i was buying things for others i didn't have a real chance to shop for myself but i bought 2 super cute pairs of socks that i'll show you guys tomorrow! i'd love to hear your thoughts!

So Metalhead and Damsel is ready to buy! (for this moment it's only Australia but i'm working on it!) last weekend we had a photo shoot with the lovely help of my friend Jeremy(model) Rachel(hair and make-up and my sister Bec(photographer) it was super fun and super awkward (getting changed in the middle of the street!) i thought i'd share the pictures with you and link you to our Facebook page and store ^_^

remember when we were launch!

So today we did a mini photo shoot for my label 'Metalhead and Damsel' he's one of the looks i styled. i tried mixing grunge with cute and girly styles to make the clothes more relatable to everyones personal style. Absolutely LOVE the rib tanks. Keeping 2 of them for myself! As well as these cute galaxy shoes! Oh the spoils of making your own clothes!

So grunge is coming back into style and I'm in love!! i bought some black T.U.K swede creepers and they are by far my favourite shoe!! they literally go with EVERYTHING! so if you're contemplating getting a pair DO ITTTTTTT!!! you wont regret it! mine were $85 from amazon, including shipping. you could probably shop around and get them cheaper.
